HESCO Sustainable Exhibition Stand | Eurosatory Paris

Reusable Design | Ultra-Wide Seamless Screen & Natural Materials

Project Scope & Client Context

Evolution of exhibition architecture for HESCO, a defense and security sector leader providing protective barriers and perimeter systems for military and civilian applications. This updated design for their Eurosatory Paris programme - Europe's largest land and air defence exhibition - required creating a memorable presence while demonstrating environmental responsibility. The brief called for reusable infrastructure suitable for HESCO's European defence trade show calendar, replacing previous designs with architecture reflecting their commitment to both innovation and sustainability in an industry increasingly focused on responsible procurement practices.

Sustainable Materials & Energy-Efficient Technology

The stand construction prioritises eco-friendly specifications: FSC-certified timber framing, recycled aluminium structural elements, renewable panels, organic paint and recycled substrates. All materials were selected for durability across multiple events - timber finishes maintain appearance after repeated installation cycles, aluminium components resist transport damage, and modular construction allows component replacement rather than complete replacement. This approach delivers both environmental benefits and cost efficiency across HESCO's multi-year exhibition programme.

Ultra-Wide Seamless Display Technology

The signature element is a dramatic ultra-wide seamless screen spanning the stand's full width, creating an immersive visual backdrop for HESCO's defence solutions. This video wall system displays high-resolution footage of their barrier systems in field deployment - from military base perimeter protection to flood defence applications - providing compelling context for Eurosatory's military and government procurement audience. The open-plan layout ensures screen visibility from multiple approach angles on the busy exhibition floor while integrated seating areas with surface touchscreens allow detailed product discussions. The clean architectural lines keep focus on screen content rather than competing with messaging.

Results Across European Defence Exhibition Programme

This design successfully serves HESCO's presence at Eurosatory and other European defence events, with the modular system adapting to varying booth allocations while maintaining consistent brand presentation. The reusable infrastructure has now exhibited across multiple show cycles, validating the durability investment. HESCO's marketing team reports improved engagement metrics and the stand's distinctive ultra-wide screen format creates a recognisable landmark within crowded defence exhibition halls, supporting their visibility objectives in the competitive European military procurement market.
