What we did..
Designrock took time to understand the operational side of the café. Given the small footprint, the different journeys taken by the café staff and customers needed careful consideration to ensure that the space created was workable and efficient.In designing a bespoke cafe service counter using reclaimed tea chests, wine crates and solid FSC timber, beautiful old materials have been brought to life in a new guise.
Impact..
Full of genuine character it works seamlessly with the rest of the café interior design, offering a warm and welcoming environment for customers and an effective work space for the Picnic in the Park team.
