Project Scope & Dual-Programme Solution
Design and manufacture of two self-build exhibition stands for HESCO, manufacturer of defensive barriers, perimeter protection and blast mitigation systems. The project addressed their dual exhibition programme: one stand for European defence shows including Paris Eurosatory and a second identical system for North American trade shows including AUSA in Washington DC and CANSEC in Ottawa. The brief required matching modular architecture that our local teams could assemble independently at all venues without additional contractors, reducing international logistics complexity and controlling costs across their annual global defence trade show calendar.
Modular Design & Defence Sector Presentation
The modular HIVE System architecture enables local teams to assemble complete stands in under a day using coded components and integrated assembly instructions. Large-format graphics showcase HESCO's barrier installations in base protection, forward operating bases and blast wall applications. Illuminated logo boxes create strong brand presence on crowded exhibition floors, while integrated AV screens display field deployment footage and ballistic testing results relevant to military procurement audiences. The clean professional aesthetic maintains credibility appropriate for defence sector buyers evaluating force protection solutions.
International Logistics & Multi-Year Investment
Each system flat-packs into dedicated wheeled crates designed for freight between continents and ground transport to European venues.
